These are great! I can tell you from experience that the running a mile without stopping and walking a mile everyday will be easy for you to do. I never thought I'd be able to do it, but I can! These goals are great and totally doable. That's important not to set unattainable goals for yourself. Best of luck!! We're here to encourage you :) I'll have to start thinking about mine too.
