Chicken McCrack?

McDonalds Chicken Nuggets = CRACK

Let me elaborate ...

March 2009: A florida woman calls 911 3 TIMES because the McDonalds she was at did not have chicken nuggets.  It was a "emergency".

January 2010: A Toledo woman punches thru the drive thru window because they didn't have nuggets available at breakfast time.  Seriously?!

I'm not much of a McNugget person.. but i'm obviously missing out on something!

I heard about this on the radio this morning and I was just floored  ...

Let's Talk About .... COFFEE!!!

For those of you who know me personally, you know my love for STARBUCKS. I’d like to say that I’m a loyal Starbucks customer – but lately McDonalds has truly given them a run for their money.

I’ve had the iced caramel coffee and the iced mocha from McDonalds and its … OK. It’s nothing spectacular and if I’m gonna have some GOOD tasting coffee I’ll just go to Starbucks. Last night I was introduced to the Caramel Frappe from McDonalds and it’s REALLY good! I was really surprised! I was wanting something sweet and felt like having a caramel frappuccino from Starbucks, but we had already passed it going home and the closest thing was McDonalds – and since I had saw they now carry them I thought, “What the heck” I’ll give it a try! My husband likes to tease me that I’m cheating on my beloved Starbucks, and I will admit I DO feel a little bit guilty, but McDonalds is on to something!!

If you haven’t tried McDonalds Caramel Frappe yet, it’s worth it to give it a try. And trust me, I’d let you know if it wasn’t! You have to make me a promise though .. don’t forget about STARBUCKS!!  ;-)

Starbucks vs McDonalds

Well, a few mornings now I've caught myself driving through the McDonalds drive thru to get an Iced Mocha. For one, it's on the way to my office from the baby sitter's house and two, it's cheaper than Starbucks. Although McDonalds Iced Mocha is a lot cheaper, it doesn't really make up for the taste you get from Starbucks, which just so happens to be my FAVORITE coffee spot.

I know that Starbucks isn't doing the business it used to since the economy took a down turn, and I can't help but feel like I'm betraying my beloved Starbucks by stopping at McDonalds for my morning coffee.

What is your opinion? Do you prefer Starbucks over McDonalds or does the price of McDonalds make up for it?
